Craig RussellManaging Director

A familiar face in Mergers & Divestments programmes across the finance and energy industry, Craig was a founding director in R3 and leads the organisation as its growth continues to accelerate. With over 30 years of experience in leadership roles, Craig's breadth of experience and leadership capabilities will ensure R3 is positioned to accelerate its business strategy.

Jim RaynhamTechnical Director

A pragmatic, delivery focused Infrastructure Architect with a proven track record in delivering solutions for a number of blue chip organisations, Jim is a recognised expert across the Microsoft stack of technologies. He has been instrumental in the development and implementation of solutions ranging from End User, Messaging and Collaboration, Cloud, Networking and CRM delivery. Jim is passionate about technology and therefore leads the Technical functions within R3.

Stuart Robb Operations Director

Before moving into consulting, Stuart developed various Project and Programme teams, latterly moving into Technology & Change management positions in the Energy industry. From there he led a business change and partnering function, working on an array of successful Finance divestments and merger programmes.
